So if you are looking for an inexpensive and natural way to fight those wrinkles and take better care of yourself, you have come to the right place! Not only can Face Yoga make you look younger, it is also fun to do!

Yes, it is for all ages, it is for women and men, children and old people. Everybody can practice. The only time you should reconsider practicing is if you have any health issues that could prevent you from using your facial muscles. But, Face Yoga can also be used in rehabilitation after e.g. a facial surgery.

It depends on your age, lifestyle, your habits. The results on the face are much more subtle and appear slowly over time. Some people see it after two weeks, others need more time to see results. But to make sure you are making a progress, it is necessary to take some before and after pictures.

If you want to see good results, twice a day for 5 minutes at least. First thing in the morning and right before you go to bed. Practicing Face Yoga in the morning wakes up the muscles and can help to break bad facial habits. Practicing in the evening helps to reset the muscles and mind and relax you before you go to sleep.

Yes, you can view some of the before and after Face Yoga pictures on the Before & After page. If you signup for a course you will be able to create your own before and after pictures and optionally share them with world.
